Together with her team, Vicki is responsible for fostering New Signatures unique corporate culture, building and delivering outstanding employee programs, recruiting new talent, and championing team work across the organization. Deeply passionate about the individual success of each and every New Signature team member, Vickis support for staff is evident every day, often punctuated by her positive energy and infectious laughter that resonates throughout the office and across the Microsoft Teams video calls.

Vicki graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.Math degree and has over 30 years experience in technology. Prior to joining New Signature, she held a variety of positions including a number of years at Microsoft. She has held roles in the technology field including: application development, customer support, HR, marketing, sales, consulting and training.

Vicki is an advocate for everyone in the technology field and is particularly passionate about women making the choice to engage, be involved and build careers in all aspects of technology.
