She brings over 20 years of international executive leadership gained within fortune 100 to Startups. As the CEO of Daysaver, a digital health Start Up, Kate raised funds, reshaped the company vision and defined an effective business model, delivered innovative SaaS product, built a team and secured strategic partnership with industry leaders. Kate worked for Microsoft for many years where she honed her business and leadership skills opening subsidiary offices in Eastern Europe, Africa, India/Middle East, Latin America and China, finally returning to the US to lead the International marketing and campaigns team for Microsoft Windows.

Kate is also passionate about supporting women in technology and is the Co-Founder of Be Bold for Change Inc. She is a member and cohort mentor for the International Womens Forum, serves on the global board of Girl Rising, and several local boards including; Many Light Foundation, Tribute, MTRNL.
