The spirit of gratitude permeates our culture, starting around November in celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday. However, gratitude is a practice we should exercise every day. As we wrap up 31 Reasons to Give to The WIT Network during this month of giving, we first want to thank everyone who contributed to our campaign to further our cause, promoting the career growth of women in tech. The WIT Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so the donations you contribute go directly into the growth of our programs to serve our members, furthering our mission and cause.

The WIT Network is passionate about bridging gender disparity in the workplace and creating positive change for the growth of women in tech careers. We hope you echo our passion for supporting women in tech and our goal to effect positive change in the workplace.

How We Make a Difference

As we continue our 31 Reasons to Give to The WIT Network campaign this month, we’d like to share one of our foundational pillars– community building. What does community mean to you?

The Oxford Dictionary defines community as a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of common attitudes, interests, and goals. The WIT Network created the community pillar of our organization to create a safe place for like-minded women to network, build relationships, share ideas, and advance their careers.
