The WIT Network was created from a simple but powerful belief: when women are supported, connected, and prepared for leadership, transformation follows - for individuals, organizations, and entire communities. Today, the WIT in The WIT Network stands for We Ignite Transformation, because that is exactly what this network was built to do.
After decades working across the technology ecosystem - and now more broadly across the professional landscape - as a leader, entrepreneur, and connector, I saw a recurring pattern. Women were entering the industry with talent, ambition, and drive, yet too often lacked access to the relationships, sponsorship, leadership development, and real-world support needed to advance and thrive. Many felt isolated. Many were navigating career transitions alone. And many were ready for the next level - but unsure how to get there.
The WIT Network was established to change that.
Our purpose is to serve women and allies at every stage of their career and leadership journey - from those just beginning, to mid-career professionals navigating growth or change, to senior leaders ready to elevate their impact and bring others with them. We exist to create belonging, clarity, and momentum in careers that can otherwise feel fragmented or overwhelming.
At our core, we are a community - but a community with intention. We focus on:
