Program Details

Get ready to dive into the art, science, and sport of sales through this captivating, interactive 4-week program.

Participants will benefit from the insights and interaction with our seasoned facilitator with over 30 years of sales expertise, alongside expert guest speakers.

We'll cover a wide range of topics, from building a seller's brand and pipeline management to meeting quotas, insight selling, and sealing the deal. Moreover, we'll share and instruct on modern AI techniques to enhance prospecting and expand the reach of sellers throughout the sales process.

Ideal Participants
This program is ideal for women who are:
  • In an early career sales role (less than 3 years in a sales role)
  • In another industry and want to shift into tech sales

Time Commitment
This program will take place virtually through four 2-hour sessions meeting each week. Participants must attend all sessions to earn a certificate. 

There is also weekly homework aligned with each learning module. There will be in class time to get started. Participants who share their weekly homework with the facilitator receive personalized coaching.

Meet the Facilitator

Corinne Sharp - Sharp Perspective Inc.


This program is facilitated by Corinne Sharp, Co-Founder of The WIT Network. Corinne has been working in the IT Sector for over 35 years leading sales, marketing, and channel teams both at Fortune 100 companies as well as start up and re-imagined software companies.

Corinne held sales leadership roles with Microsoft, General Electric along with Chief Revenue Officer roles accountable for building dynamic sales teams and growth strategies. In 2012, her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and she started Sharp Perspective Inc.; building go to market strategies for tech companies with specific emphasis on indirect sales motions for global reach and growth. She also partnered with IT World Canada to launch and lead the Canadian Channel Chief’s Council as President for 5+ years focused on channel leadership and sales with the Canadian vendor community.

During her tenure at Microsoft, Corinne was part of the global strategy team building the original global sales operations plan including licensing strategies, go to market motions and sales compensation design and role road maps. For 7 years as Channel Chief, she led the Microsoft Channel organization in Canada driving exponential growth within the partner ecosystem with a global leadership position in partner and customer satisfaction.

Corinne has hired, coached, and developed 100’s of sellers over her career. She has led sales operations teams in CRM/SFA implementations and built sales process methodologies to drive efficiency. She has trained sales leaders and teams around the world on how to create opportunities through account planning and forecasting best practices with no surprises to revenue attainment.

As a Co-Founder of The WIT Network, a global and local not for profit supporting women in their career journeys, she is committed to growing the pipeline for women in sales and management positions on the route to greater gender parity.
Sharing these global experiences and key learnings are what drives her passion and energy within the tech sector.
